A Customizable Tuition Fees Payment Form
Use WP Simple Pay to create a tuition fees payment form and collect payments for your school’s tuition fees.
Collecting payments as an education system owner or tutor requires collecting student identification information, type of lesson, and the month of year the payment is for.
Once you have selected the Tuition Fees Payment Form payment form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The template includes the following fields by default:
- Billing Name
- Billing Email Address
- Student Name Number (text field)
- Semester Selector (dropdown field)
- Opt-in Recurring Payment
- Credit Card
The tuition fees payment form allows the payer to opt-in to recurring payments which will continue to be automatically billed each subsequent semester.
