A Customizable Invoice Payment Form
Use WP Simple Pay to reconcile and invoice generated for one of your clients. Using WP Simple Pay to collect a client’s payment allows you to use your existing invoice system and securely collect payments on your website instead of over the phone, or by mail.
Reconciling an invoice requires collecting client identification information and allowing the client to input the amount due from their invoice.
Once you have selected the Invoice Reconciliation Payment Form payment form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The template includes the following fields by default:
- Client Name
- Client Email Address
- Invoice Number (text field)
- Invoice Amount (custom amount field)
- Credit Card
Additional fields you may want to add include a full billing “Address” field, or an “Account Number” text field.
