A Customizable Monthly Rent Payment Form
Are you a landlord or property manager that needs to collect monthly rent payments? Use WP Simple Pay to create a rent payment form and collect payments from your tenants, directly on your on website.
Collecting payments as a landlord requires collecting tenant identification information and the ability to pay a dynamic rental amount if you are billing variable price amounts, such as water usage.
Once you have selected the Monthly Rent Payment form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The template includes the following fields by default:
- Tenant Name
- Tenant Email Address
- Tenant Address
- Rental Month (dropdown field)
- Rent Amount (custom amount field)
- Credit Card
Additionally, you can set up automatically billed recurring rental payments with subscriptions, or allow tenants to opt-in to automatic billing.
