A Customizable Form with Custom Amounts
Use WP Simple Pay to activate subscription billing for an amount that a visitor enters. Allowing a custom amount to be entered when activating a subscription is great for donation forms.
Once you have selected the Subscription Custom Amount Form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The

Additional custom fields (text, dropdown, radio select, number, and more) can be added to collect additional information that can be used in payment receipts and emails.
