How to Schedule Payment Form Access

Have you ever needed to only accept payments between certain dates, or sell a limited quantity of an item? With Purchase Restrictions you now have control over how many times an item can be purchased, and when. This is great for accepting a limited number of registrations for a webinar or selling different levels of tickets for an event.

Let’s suppose you are offering business coaching to budding entrepreneurs using our Business Development Coaching Services template and you want to offer your services for a set number of days.

When creating or editing your payment form, visit the Purchase Restrictions tab to configure when payments will be accepted:

Before and after the scheduled time(s), the payment form is hidden and no payments will be accepted.

You can restrict payments in multiple ways, and even combine them to create fully automated inventory and scheduling management.

• Limit the total number of payments
• Limit the number of payments for separate price options

Purchase Restrictions are not compatible with off-site Stripe Checkout payment forms.
