A Customizable Car Driver Service Payment Form
Do you own or operate a car driving or limousine service? Use WP Simple Pay to create a driving service payment form and collect payments from your clients directly on your on website.
Collecting payments for a driving service requires collecting customer identification information and the ability to pay a dynamic invoice amount.
Once you have selected the Car Driver Service Payment form template in WP Simple Pay, you can then customize your form field options and add as many extra fields as you’d like. The template includes the following fields by default:
- Client Name
- Client Email Address
- Car Reservation Number (text field)
- Reservation Amount (custom amount field)
- Credit Card
Additional options you may add are custom fields such as a “Service Date” date field or “Notes” multiple line text field.
